Wery well. I have eaten, with my family,in your restaurant in July of the year 2007.I was in holiday in Crete, coming from Italy ,and a grece friend said me "if you are in Rethimno you must go to Taverna Stellina".
So I discovered your magnificent restaurant.
A wonderful place, with excelent and refined dishes.
Courtesy and professionality in the service.
If ,a day, I will return in Crete, surely I will stay eating about your restaurant.

Giasou Nikos and Eva!
I have the great honour and privilege of writing the first entry in your guest book!
I just tried to make a "holiday program" for some friends who will travel to Crete soon when I stumbled over your web site! Didn't know that it exists and I really like it.
To read about Stellina and see the pictures makes me feel very nostalgic. I would like to be with you immediately, under the gum tree, drinking Retsina, eating Eva's "poly nostimo oneiro", listening to Nikos' good music and see what happened to all of you and to the place since we have last met in 2006. I miss all of you and Crete very much and I hope that I will see you this year.

P.S. My very personal rating of Taverna Stellina for those who might be interested: Best food in town, wonderful real traditional music, very nice hospitable family, cosy ambience... When we spend our holidays in Rethymno, we try to avoid eating elsewhere!
